Transition Team Update #2

On Sunday February 16th, immediately following service, Scott Hess and Tracy Canfield will facilitate an open forum in the sanctuary to answer any questions or take any input you may have about the Clarifying Mission questionnaire that has been circulated recently.  The open forum should only last around 15 minutes.

The goal of this exercise is to provide clarity about the process and provide an opportunity to get your input without having to fill out the questionnaire if that is your desire. The purpose of gathering your input is to help us identify the heart of Immanuel. Everybody's viewpoint is important, regardless of your time worshiping with us or level of involvement at Immanuel. The Mission Profile that will be built from your input should reflect the heart of Immanuel's body and we are all members of that body. 

The Mission Profile will act as a job description for our next pastor to review and align their skills with. It will also act as Immanuel's resume, illustrating what we have to offer potential pastors looking for a church to shepherd.  It is important we have the best resume to attract the best pool of potential candidates in quality and quantity.

If you have already completed a questionnaire, thank you! If you have not already completed your questionnaire, we ask you do so this week if possible. A member of the Transition Team is happy to meet with you individually for you to provide verbal feedback if that is your preference. If that is the case, please let one of us know.
